Oakwood Veneer Company is hiring a Machine Operator – Hand Assembly / Repair for a full-time, steady day shift role in a clean manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on production work involving assembly, repair, fine motor skills, and repetitive tasks . In this role, you will work directly with wood veneer, using a heated iron and hand tools to mend, bond, and repair materials. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused while performing consistent, repetitive hand work throughout the shift. No prior experience is required, but candidates must be comfortable working with their hands in a production setting.
