A machine operator in a production area at Pennwood will manage materials, communicate with supervisors, perform preventative maintenance, and strive for continuous improvement on the assigned work center. Machine operating experience is required. In addition to the above job duties, the operator should be a quick learner, be able to pay attention to detail, work under pressure and with precision. Good housekeeping of all work centers is an integral part of producing consistent quality as well as improving production efficiencies. Communication with various team members, from management to peers, is a high priority. Working alongside our team of engineers to improve our processes will allow the applicant to develop skills that encourage growth within Pennwood.
