Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and other foundry personnel
- Must have the ability to use hand tools and large mechanical machines in the casting process
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment; must be able to comply with all Safety policies and procedures
- Able to lift 50 lbs; position requires incumbent to stand during assigned shift
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Responsibilities
- Remove gating and excess material from sand casting using belt sander, hand tools, or vertical bandsaw
- Remove cores from castings
- Keep area clean and organized
- Participate in LEAN, Safety activities, and other company initiatives
