This Position reports to: Production Supervisor Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality. Each day, you will execute the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. You will also showcase your expertise by operating machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the ABB Busway Facility in Selmer, TN. You will be mainly accountable for: Performing routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and repairing and fitting simple replacement parts. Ensuring regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any; and maintaining detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities. Requirements

  • You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with machine manufacturing and the electrical distribution market
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 2 years of experience in manufacturing. (Prefer prior machine experience)
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in machine troubleshooting.
  • You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around achieving high standards for meeting customer commitments and ability in working in a team atmosphere.
  • High school diploma required
  • You are at ease communicating with others.
  • Clear background check and Drug screening required.

Responsibilities
