Position: Machine Operator, Degreasing Third Shift Location: Newark, Ohio Reports to: Production Manager Shifts: Third Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:30 pm 7:30 am Pay: $18.00/hour _____________________________________________________________________________ JOB SUMMARY This production floor position is responsible for the efficient operation of a degreaser by monitoring all steps to ensure that all parts come out clean and ready for Anodizing. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentages.
Able to differentiate between different part numbers as well as ability to read and write in English for required written records.
Use a hand-held calculator.
Work independently with little supervision.
Wear safety equipment, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, arm guards, and gloves

Responsibilities

Properly load parts in baskets and unload parts after degreasing process
Weigh parts following degreasing and complete any required written records
Set and operate scales to do accurate piece counts
Ensure different part numbers and customer orders are not mixed on a skid
Use of pallet jack to pull product to the degreasing lines
Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
Maintain a clean work area including but, not limited to: Empty Trash Sweep degreasing area Mop floor as needed
Other duties as directed
