Requirements

Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret production records, logs, and work instructions.
Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions.
Experienced using measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
Skilled in operating forklifts, cranes, and other required production equipment.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently.
Demonstrates consistent, on-site attendance and adherence to posted schedules.
Promotes and practices safe work habits in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Constant movement and use of limbs, requiring good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
Able to stand for 10–12 hours per shift.
Comfortable working in a plant/manufacturing environment.
Additional physical capabilities as required by the job.

Responsibilities

Operates high-speed forming and cutting equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
Sets up and calibrates equipment, ensuring optimal machine performance and accuracy.
Inspects materials before, during, and after production to maintain quality standards.
Records and reports production data, quality issues, and scrap material accurately.
Maintains and cares for tooling, measuring devices, and other job-related tools.
Diagnoses equipment and quality issues promptly to minimize downtime and scrap.
Assists maintenance teams in equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
Participates in continuous improvement programs focused on productivity and quality.
Performs housekeeping duties to sustain a clean and safe work environment.
Follows all company safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
