About The Position

A Braider Machine Operator is responsible for operating a variety of different types of braiding machines. In the performance of their respective tasks and duties, all employees are expected to conform to the following: Perform quality work in a safe manner within a production standard either with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with coworkers. Work effectively within a functional group. Work independently while understanding the necessity for effective communication (5+1) and coordinating work efforts with other employees and departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Responsibilities

  • Moving from station to station operating various winders
  • Operating coating machines
  • Prepping and packing product for shipment
  • Ensure quality standards meet material specifications.
