About The Position

Shillington Box Co., a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, currently has exciting opportunities available for Assistant Machine Operators at our St Louis, MO facility! As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will assist operators on the Flexo Folder Gluers, Die Cutting Machines, Baler, etc. The Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers. Shillington Box requires the following skills and abilities: High school Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of manufacturing Corrugated experience preferred not required. Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills. Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality. Ability to perform basic computer operations. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to read and understand instructions. The willingness to function effectively in a team environment. Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment. Must pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test). Requirements
