Position includes a starting wage of $20.20/hour (+8% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift), quarterly goal sharing program and a comprehensive benefit program that We don’t lead our industry - our people do. Shift Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:15 pm - 10:15 pm 3rd Shift: Sunday night - Friday morning 10:15 pm – 6:15 am Watch our video to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders. Position provides fabrications support activities including loading robots and/or machining centers as well as ensuring cleanliness of the area.

Requirements

Experience with Overhead Hoists OR Overhead Cranes
Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Willing and able to perform repetitive operation
Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.

This is 3rd shift hourly position with an entry wage of $20.20 hour (+ 8% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift).
Position is located in Sanford, NC.

Responsibilities

Load/unload and position heavy fabrication metal components in holding fixtures using lifting devices
Assist Machinists or Welders with certain processes
Maintain Fabrications area in a clean and orderly condition
Follow documented procedures, standard work, routings and blueprints
