About The Position
We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and broad mechanical knowledge. This role combines machine maintenance with general building maintenance across two locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in machine and building maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Computer-capable for vendor and service coordination
- Dependable and able to work independently across multiple locations
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and routine servicing of machinery
- Diagnose and repair issues related to: o Air systems o Hydraulic systems o Electrical systems
- Support ongoing machine reliability and uptime
- Handle general building maintenance, including: o Electrical systems o Heating and cooling systems o Plumbing o Structural components (doors, windows, roof, gutters)
- Communicate with vendors, service technicians, alarm companies, and municipal/fire inspectors
- Maintain computerized communication records and service coordination
