About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and broad mechanical knowledge. This role combines machine maintenance with general building maintenance across two locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in machine and building maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Computer-capable for vendor and service coordination
• Dependable and able to work independently across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and routine servicing of machinery
• Diagnose and repair issues related to: o Air systems o Hydraulic systems o Electrical systems
• Support ongoing machine reliability and uptime
• Handle general building maintenance, including: o Electrical systems o Heating and cooling systems o Plumbing o Structural components (doors, windows, roof, gutters)
• Communicate with vendors, service technicians, alarm companies, and municipal/fire inspectors
• Maintain computerized communication records and service coordination
