About The Position

We're a growing custom machinery manufacturer with a consistent production backlog, specializing in building high-quality automated equipment. We're hiring experienced Machine Builders for direct hire to join our hands-on assembly teams.
You'll work side-by-side building, plumbing, wiring, and testing complete machines from the ground up — focusing on hydraulics, electrical systems, panels, and power units. This is a skilled trade role where attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and quality standards are key. No temp-to-hire — straight direct placement for stable, long-term contributors.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience as a Machine Builder, Assembler, or similar in custom machinery, automation, hydraulics, electrical, or fabrication
• Strong mechanical background — comfortable troubleshooting equipment on the floor
• Skills in hydraulics plumbing, electrical wiring/conduit, panel building, MIG welding (structural/fab focus)
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
• Reliable, team-player mindset — no ego, ready to learn and contribute daily

Responsibilities

• Assemble and plumb hydraulic systems, install cylinders, sensors, and related components
• Run electrical conduit, wire machines, build/assemble control panels and power units
• Fabricate and MIG weld structural components (skill-based, no cert required — focus on clean, strong welds)
• Perform circuit board soldering and component assembly at the bench
• Start up, troubleshoot, and debug machines to ensure proper function
• Double-check quality across the entire build, holding high standards
• Read blueprints/prints and follow specs precisely
• Collaborate with team leads and production manager to meet deadlines
