Responsibilities Assemble formers, closers, loaders, and custom automation equipment Read and interpret SolidWorks drawings, mechanical schematics, and build documentation Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the build process Complete quality checklists and follow all safety procedures Submit Production Concerns and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) Assist with crating machines and preparing them for shipment Maintain organized work areas following 5S standards Qualifications Twoâyear Automated Packaging degree or equivalent handsâon experience Experience using pneumatic/electrical tools, drills, saws, and hand tools Ability to navigate SolidWorks models and drawings Basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic schematics Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to lift 40 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs with assistance) Work Environment 90% on the manufacturing floor with exposure to tools, noise, dust, and temperature variations Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching Benefits $28–$36/hour, based on experience Machine Builder IV or V is eligible for a Signing Bonus in the amount of $12,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Life and disability insurance Additional voluntary benefits Why Join Delkor?
