About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Machine Builder & Field Service Technician with strong electrical skills to join a growing industrial machinery team. This role focuses on wiring panels, assembling electrical components, and troubleshooting high-voltage systems (up to 480V). Mechanical assembly is part of the role, and we are willing to train the right candidate on the mechanical side. You will start primarily in-house, learning our custom machinery used in the production of heating elements. After a short training period (~3 months), you’ll gradually transition to domestic and some international travel (approximately one week per month) to support customers and field service projects.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience building or servicing industrial equipment
Strong electrical skills ; experience with high-voltage systems critical
Comfortable troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Willingness to travel (US & Canada) about one week per month after training
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Background check and drug screen required
Open to contract-to-hire arrangement
Available to start ASAP

Nice To Haves

Field service experience (1+ year)
Technical degree or trade school certification
