Title: Machine Assistant Starting Pay Rate: $13.00 - 14.00 Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday As a Machine Assistant at Southeastern Paperboard, Inc., you will be responsible for the following: Organizing process area to increase production, reduce safety risks and improve efficiency. Working with maintenance to improve machine reliability. Load and Unload conveyor belts with loose or shredded paper/cardboard. Learn material paper grades. Operate in a safe and productive manner. Qualifications: Prior experience in manufacturing, landscaping or construction preferred. Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment which is hot in the summer months and comfortable during cooler weather. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable working in an environment that can become very dusty. Must be able to lift between 50 to 75 pounds, repetitively, without any assistance. Must be able to stand, walk, twist and bend, carrying, reaching or working at/above the shoulder, stooping, climbing, push and pull continuously to complete job tasks. EOE: M/F/D/V

Requirements

Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment which is hot in the summer months and comfortable during cooler weather.

Must be able to stand, walk, twist and bend, carrying, reaching or working at/above the shoulder, stooping, climbing, push and pull continuously to complete job tasks.
