About The Position
Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule Starting at $23/hr + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm -- 11:25pm (Mon -- Fri) 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs) Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 7:15 am -- 3:30pm (Mon -- Fri) Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs. Shift availability is subject to change
Requirements
- 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
- Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable
Responsibilities
- Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
- Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
- Inspect product quality and minimize waste
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
- Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely
