About The Position

The MA Therapist - Reg Intern at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions to support the mental health and well-being of clients. Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Must be a registered intern with the appropriate state board.
Minimum of 1-2 years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities
