Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure and M365 Operations Specialist to provide end-to-end operational support for Azure and M365 environments. This role includes oversight of three operational workstreams—Airgap Customer Success (ACS), Service Engineering Engagement and Response (SEER), and Tactical Response & Engineering Engagement (TREE). These workstreams involve customer engineering experience, service engineering, and incident management. This position will operate on a 24x7x365 schedule in one of these 4 locations: Redmond, WA, Reston, VA, Annapolis Junction, MD, and Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of relevant operational experience.
• Proven experience in incident management, crisis response, and secure/air-gapped cloud environments.
• Strong background in cloud operations, system validation, deployments, and troubleshooting in secure or sovereign environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Active TS/SCI with poly required
• Active U.S. passport required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in managed services projects within secure environments.
• Familiarity with air-gapped or other cloud environments.
• Proficiency in technical writing, SOP creation, and knowledge article development.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
