About The Position

14472 – M365 Technical Lead (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience with M365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot; Experience with M365 architecture, governance, and best practices; Experience with .NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages; Preferred: Experience with Azure and other cloud platforms; Experience with data modeling, database design, and SQL; Experience with low-code development methodologies and tools; Experience with Agile development methodologies; Certifications in M365 or Power Platform technologies. Responsibilities : Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365 initiatives, offering expert guidance on SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate while ensuring adherence to architectural and governance best practices. Design, build, and deploy scalable M365 solutions that align with business requirements, integrating automation, collaboration, and AI‑driven capabilities. Lead requirement‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders, translate needs into technical specifications, and propose innovative solution approaches. Oversee development activities, mentor team members, review technical deliverables, and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Troubleshoot issues across M365 workloads, support developers with problem resolution, and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or gaps in solution design. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging M365 features, Copilot advancements, and Power Platform capabilities to enhance solution performance and business value. Produce high‑quality documentation—including solution designs, technical specifications, and best‑practice guidelines—and support user enablement and knowledge transfer. Why apply?
