M365 migration Specialist Location : Remote Travel :- Heavy travel involved across different states ( at least 1per week ) . Provide onsite support to end-users post-M365 migration across designated locations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:QW Email (Exchange Online) OneDrive for Business SharePoint Online Teams and other M365 apps Assist users with: Client configuration (Outlook, OneDrive sync, Teams setup). Profile setup and authentication issues. Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks impacting M365 services. Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary. Document and report recurring issues for continuous improvement. Provide end-user training and guidance on M365 features and best practices. Maintain compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.
