About The Position

The M365 Copilot Senior Solutions Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and AI driven solutions across the enterprise. As a member of the Collaboration Products Team, this role works closely with architects, engineers, and business partners to translate requirements into secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions that improve productivity and deliver measurable business value. This role designs, builds, and maintains APIs and connectors to integrate Copilot capabilities with enterprise systems, while also building, testing, and maintaining Copilot Studio agents, prompts, and AI-enabled workflows.  The engineer provides hands-on guidance and support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions—including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI—to extend Copilot workflows and enhance automation and reporting outcomes. Responsibilities also include assisting with Copilot tenant configuration such as licensing, data boundaries, security controls, and Microsoft 365 integration points; supporting adoption initiatives through readiness activities, use case implementation, and phased rollouts; and participating in technical workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions. Role will provide operational support for Copilot related incidents, while translating business requirements into effective Copilot workflows, prompts, and automation. While the primary focus remains on M365 Copilot and Power Platform, the expectation is to demonstrate strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Integration, Prompt engineering, Ethical AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Model fine-tuning, AI Observability & monitoring, Large Language models (LLM), Conversational AI and Responsible & Enterprise AI.   Provide advanced and/or cross-technology engineering through all phases of the Technology/Project Life Cycle. Accountable for the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support. Design, implement/install, maintain and administer infrastructure systems including hardware, software and various configurations. Monitor overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately. Perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures.
