The Regional Services Manager (RSM) is responsible for the execution of all aspects of the Managed & Support Services business for the assigned T6 Territory. The RSM is accountable for the implementation, sustainment, and management of all mission critical customer communications system contracts. Success is measured in terms of customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and gross margin performance. The Regional Services Manager (RSM) leads the Lifecycle Services team, overseeing mission-critical communications system contracts to ensure peak customer satisfaction and consistent revenue growth. Responsible for the strategic management and execution of all customer support contracts, service-led installations, repair agreements, and system upgrades.
