As an M&A Transaction Manager specializing in Operational Strategy and Diligence, you'll play a key role in helping us evaluate potential acquisitions. Your job will be to assess how well a target company’s operations align with ours, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and ensure we’re ready to integrate smoothly. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to uncover synergies, spot risks, and build strategies that add real value. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years in operations consulting or BPO operations
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional operational assessments in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of operational KPIs and performance improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational due diligence to assess business capabilities, process efficiency, and cost structures.
  • Evaluate operational synergies and develop clear, actionable post-transaction implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on operational readiness, scalability, and integration planning.
  • Identify areas for performance improvement and design initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Support change management efforts during integration phases to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Prepare detailed operational reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Monitor integration progress and track synergy realization after deal closure.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, depending on project scope and business needs.
