About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive M&A Origination Manager to lead deal sourcing and pipeline management. You’ll play a critical role in identifying strategic acquisition opportunities that align with our growth goals in the BPO space. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy.
  • Experience sourcing and evaluating deals in BPO or services industries.
  • Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools.
  • Ability to lead early-stage deal conversations independently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Manage the M&A pipeline and maintain market intelligence.
  • Conduct initial financial and operational screening of potential targets.
  • Prepare pitch materials and opportunity assessments for executive review.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct SWOT and capability gap analyses.
  • Support early-stage valuation and synergy modeling.
