Internship Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented M&A Intern to join our team. This internship offers exposure to deal processes, market research, and client engagement in a dynamic advisory environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote setting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support deal sourcing through company and investor database management.
• Conduct market mapping, research, and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and partners.
• Assist with CRM updates, tracking prospects, and maintaining pipeline data.
• Perform outreach and appointment scheduling with prospective clients and partners.
• Draft and edit presentation materials, pitch decks, and client communications.
• Contribute to internal team meetings, reporting, and project documentation.
