Requirements
- Active LVN license in the state of California
- Previous LVN experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑centered
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise and support CNAs during the shift
- Monitor residents and complete assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Maintain professionalism and readiness for any overnight needs
