About The Position

Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team on an on-call/per diem basis. Requirements

  • Active California LVN license
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and physicians to ensure high-quality care
  • Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
