About The Position

Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. The LVN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive healthcare environment. Requirements

Current and active LVN license in the state of California
Current CPR/BLS certification
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of basic nursing practices, procedures, and regulations

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition
Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility policies and regulations
Observe and report any changes in patient condition to supervising RN or physician
Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families
