About The Position

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team on a full-time FLOAT Shift. The role involves delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and supervising nursing assistants. Requirements

  • Current, active, and unencumbered CA LVN license
  • CPR certification (required)
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, resident-centered approach
  • Availability to cover Float shift (AM, PM and NOC)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in long-term care preferred (PCC experience a plus)
  • Passion for delivering quality care and growing professionally

Responsibilities

  • Providing direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered
  • Supervising and supporting CNAs to ensure safe, compassionate care
  • Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes promptly
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
  • Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff
