Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team on a full-time FLOAT Shift. Requirements

Current, active, and unencumbered CA LVN license
CPR certification (required)
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, resident-centered approach
Availability to cover Float shift (AM, PM and NOC)

Nice To Haves

Experience in long-term care preferred (PCC experience a plus)
Passion for delivering quality care and growing professionally

Responsibilities

Providing direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Supervising and supporting CNAs to ensure safe, compassionate care
Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes promptly
Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff
