Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Outpatient Urology Clinic Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Tyler, TX. Why Join Us? Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Tyler is the flagship hospital of the system, serving hundreds of thousands annually. Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our Midtown location boasts a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, the region’s only EMCO program, and a Level III NICU. Our medical staff includes more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. As a LVN/LPN at UTHET, you are expected to be a competent clinician. You are experienced, knowledgeable and skilled in nursing. You will be responsible for providing technical and human assistance under the direction of licensed personnel to provide care for a defined group of patients to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Current Texas Permit as a Graduate Vocational Nurse and then Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
