Requirements
- Active California LVN license (required)
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Nice To Haves
- Prior wound care or treatment nurse experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform wound care and skin assessments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Document treatments and monitor healing progress
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes
- Educate staff on wound prevention and skin integrity best practices
- Participate in care planning and resident care conferences
