About The Position

White Blossom Care Center is the premier Skilled Nursing Facility in San Jose, CA. Our facility is currently looking for an experienced treatment nurse to join our nursing team. This position comes with extensive support. In addition to working with our wound care physician, our treatment nurse would receive report from the hospital nursing staff and receive instruction from the hospital prior to transfer to White Blossom Care Center for complex patients.
