About The Position

We’re seeking a dedicated FT LVN to support residents in our neighborhoods/households by providing high-quality nursing care, guidance, and advocacy in a warm, home-like environment.
Requirements
- Current California LVN license and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA regulations.
- Compassionate, professional, and flexible for on-call shifts.
Nice To Haves
- 3–5 years of experience in skilled nursing or retirement/assisted living preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and provide routine daily nursing care based on residents’ plans of care.
- Observe and communicate residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor (RN), Director of Nursing, or physician as needed.
- Mentor and model professional nursing practices for neighborhood/household staff.
- Promote a person-centered, resident-directed culture in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Support team learning, safety, and quality care initiatives.
- Advocate for residents’ preferences, comfort, and well-being.
