Requirements
- Current, active LVN or RN license in Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (MD, NP, therapy, social services)
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
- Promote a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents
