About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a high-quality primary care environment focused on population health, preventive care, and patient education. This role supports both front and back office clinical operations and plays a key part in delivering a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Active LVN/LPN license
• Experience administering flu shots and performing biometric screenings
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and electronic health records
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Commitment to patient education, wellness, and preventive care
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care by measuring and recording vital signs, rooming patients, and preparing them for exams and procedures
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures and document visit details in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Administer medications and vaccines, including flu shots
• Perform blood draws and biometric screenings
• Answer and triage patient phone calls in accordance with clinical protocols
• Educate patients on treatments, care plans, and health maintenance
• Maintain medical supply inventory and stock exam rooms
• Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
