About The Position

Seeking an LPN/LVN to support a primary care and occupational health clinic focused on population health management, preventative care, and employee wellness. This role supports both front and back office operations while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Attention to detail and solid computer proficiency
• Ability to think critically and work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Interest in health education, wellness, and outreach

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Measure and record vital signs and patient medical information
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Administer medications and vaccines as ordered
• Perform blood draws and other clinical support tasks as needed
• Enter visit documentation into the electronic health record (EHR)
• Respond to patient phone calls per established clinical protocols
• Maintain medical supply inventory and stock exam rooms
• Provide clerical and administrative support as required
• Occupational health services
• Workers’ Compensation injury care
• Surveillance exams (e.g., audiometry, respiratory fit testing)
