Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted Texas LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check

- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care based on individualized patient needs
- Perform dependent and independent nursing functions within LVN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with policy and standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
