Requirements

Active California LVN license
AHA BLS Certification
At least 1+ years of LVN experience in a primary care or outpatient setting
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
Phlebotomy experience
Quality improvement and inventory management

Nice To Haves

3+ years LVN experience in an outpatient, primary care setting
Laboratory experience
Population Heath
Electronic Medical Record experience – Epic

Responsibilities

Oversee daily lab operations, such as phlebotomy, inventory tracking, supply ordering, and follow-up on lab discrepancies.
Assist with immigration physicals by verifying and administering immunizations, supporting the provider during the exam, and preparing required documentation.
Provide direct patient care through comprehensive assessments, medication administration, patient education and more under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Collaborate with Providers, RNs and Care Coordinators to provide an efficient and effective patient experience.
Effectively prioritize urgent needs in real time while demonstrating the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
