Ashford Hall Nursing & Rehabilitation is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status Job Description: Shifts Available: PRN Nurses - All Shifts 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday-Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am Monday - Friday Part Time every other weekend 10:00pm - 6:30am Saturday and Sunday 6:00am - 10:30pm Weekend Doubles Saturday & Sunday - w/ Baylor Plan (work 16 hrs, paid 20). Pay & Benefit Structure Ashford Hall has served patients and families in the Dallas / Fort Worth area for over 50 years! We are accepting applications for LVNs working Full-Time regularly assigned shifts. We are certain this will be a positive and rewarding experience for you. Outlined below is the pay and benefit structure for this position. Paid semi-monthly on 6th & 21st PTO (PAID-TIME-OFF) : Tiered program based on Length of Employment. Paid-Time-Off when you need it, for whatever you need it for! Start earning from day 1. Available to use after 60 days. HOLIDAYS : Observance of New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day are considered holiday overtime work-days. If you work any of the above Holidays, you will be paid time and a half for hours worked that day. INSURANCE BENEFITS: Excellent Health and Dental benefits are available after 90 days of full-time employment, with generous company contributions to Health Plan. Supplemental insurances are also available (Life, AD&D, Cancer, Disability, and More!) TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: Eligible after 1 year of full-time employment for reimbursement of tuition for 2 classes per semester.

Requirements

Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
Texas LVN/LPN License (Required)
