Join Our Team at Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant! We’re currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN Memory Care Coordinator to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. This position will be Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with every other weekend rotation. The Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Assisted Living Dementia Care Unit, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role focuses on delivering the highest standard of care, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and enhancing the quality of life for residents living with dementia.
