A growing company with opportunities for advancement Company sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and other learning opportunities Free meals each shift Job Description Our Memory Care Coordinator works closely under the Health and Wellness Director to plan resident care. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include oversee health care administration and staff management, as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
  • Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years
  • Scheduling experience strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
  • Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
  • Create schedules and approve timecards
  • Share on call with Assisted Living Care Coordinators to ensure staff coverage
