- Identify client needs through insightful questions and active listening

- Educate clients on premium features, performance, and tailored options
- Master the art of closing while maintaining a white-glove, customer-first standard
- Leverage advanced sales systems to foster repeat business and exclusive referrals
- Stay ahead of luxury market trends, new releases, and product innovations
- Collaborate closely with management to set and exceed ambitious sales targets
- Represent the Audi brand at dealership events and client-facing engagements
