Responsibilities

Conduct personalized consultations to understand each clients vision, preferences, and expectations
Research and recommend premium accommodations, private tours, exclusive experiences, and curated activities
Design customized, high-end itineraries with thoughtful attention to detail
Coordinate and manage bookings including flights, luxury hotels, transfers, dining, and excursions
Ensure all confirmations, documentation, and timelines are accurate and organized
Provide attentive client support before, during, and after travel
Stay informed on luxury travel trends, destination updates, and preferred supplier offerings
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-through
