About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Luxury Suites Supervisor to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Luxury Suites Supervisor, you will be responsible for e nsuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience. This position requires some shifts outside of game day schedule, based on business needs. This is a seasonal position that works during the baseball season. The season starts in March and goes until October, pending possible playoff schedule. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine
  • Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
  • Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • No college degree required
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing inventory for beverage, dry storage, pantries, and suite equipment while maintaining organization and compliance
  • Support training and development of suite team members to uphold department standards and deliver exceptional guest service
  • Oversee assigned suites section during events, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure health and safety regulations are met
  • Manage nightly check closeouts, complete final paperwork accurately, and utilize point-of-sale systems effectively
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, Suite Holders, and guests to provide personalized service and enhance the overall experience
