We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s , the only multi-brand, multi-location jewelry designer in the DFW area. They are looking to add a new Store Manager to their University Park location. Strategically centered between two of the most prestigious communities in Dallas, this location has unlimited potential and with the right people leadership, it is positioned to become one of their most profitable locations. Requirements

5+ years of luxury retail sales experience required
Supervisory experience required
Strong retail operations background required
Ability to work weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

Oversee store operations including sales associates (6) and inventory management
Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training
Educate and coach sales associates to enhance sales techniques
Maintain a visually appealing, organized store that aligns with the brand's identity
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales associates
Meet with clients directly and close sales during busy periods
Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and implement promotional activities
Evaluate processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities
