About The Position

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the brand delivering exceptional service, elevating every interaction, and creating a shopping experience that’s as polished as our surroundings. From maintaining high-end presentation standards to building meaningful guest connections, you’ll help set the tone for a truly unforgettable retail experience.

Requirements

• 6+ months of relevant retail sales experience in luxury retail sales is preferred
• Previous experience in a commission-based role a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments
• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
• Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
