About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Single-Family Luxury Home Renovation Superintendent to oversee an interior and exterior remodel of a high-end single-family residence in Houston. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction and renovation, coordinating and oversighting subcontractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship, maintaining schedules/timelines, adhering to the budget provided, receiving and inventorying all materials, and serving as the primary liaison between the Owner and Subcontractors.

Requirements

• extensive experience (10 year minimum) with high-end residential finishes
• strong blueprint-reading skills
• proven portfolio of completed projects
• Valid driver’s license and Insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working in a fully onsite construction environment
• Ability to oversee contractors full-time and manage daily operations
