About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Single-Family Luxury Home Renovation Superintendent to oversee an interior and exterior remodel of a high-end single-family residence in Houston.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and Insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite construction environment
- Ability to oversee contractors full-time and manage daily operations
- extensive experience (10 year minimum) with high-end residential finishes
- strong blueprint-reading skills
- a proven portfolio of completed projects
Responsibilities
- managing all phases of construction and renovation
- coordinating and oversighting subcontractors
- ensuring quality craftsmanship
- maintaining schedules/timelines
- adhering to the budget provided
- receiving and inventorying all materials
- serving as the primary liaison between the Owner and Subcontractors
