About The Position

The Renovation Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to develop detailed project plans and schedules. The Renovation Leader will lead site inspections, monitor progress, and address any issues or changes that arise during the renovation process. They will also ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Ultimately, the Renovation Leader plays a critical role in transforming spaces to meet client expectations while optimizing resources and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing renovation or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with sustainable building practices and green renovation techniques.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar tools.
• Background in residential and commercial renovation projects.
• Additional certifications related to safety or specialized construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive renovation project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, addressing any challenges promptly.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Lead and motivate renovation teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals and maintain high standards.
