Nation Security is hiring professional and dependable Bilingual Security Officers (English/Spanish) to join our elite team serving a luxury residential high-rise in Brickell, FL. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and property while maintaining a polished and welcoming presence that reflects the building’s high standards. Key Responsibilities Maintain the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property at all times. Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parking facilities, and access points. Manage access control for residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring only authorized entry. Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies. Enforce building policies and report irregularities or security concerns professionally. Provide courteous assistance to residents and visitors, including directions or escort services. Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs. Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues within the property. Support emergency procedures, including evacuations or fire alarms, in coordination with management. Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
- Valid Florida Driver License (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Proficient in computer use and report writing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Own a smartphone for work-related communication and reporting
